Overhaul of Lower Pressure Feeder for Carter Holt Harvey Tasman
This particular feeder had reached the end of its useful life from its last service. AIE stripped the feeder for assessment and reported on its condition to the customer. The overhaul involved pre-machining the housing and rotor, certified weld build up to OEM specifications of the rotor and final machining and assembly. AIE staff members received training from Kvaerner Pulping in Sweden to meet customer and statutory requirements. AIE is a Kvaerner Licensed Feeder repair shop.
