AIE provides the following CNC Machining Services to its clients throughout New Zealand and also internationally from its base in the Bay Of Plenty

Our CNC milling and lathe capacity gives AIE the ability to accurately machine complicated 3-dimensional shapes more cost effectively than on conventional machines.

  • 12,000kg maximum job weight with two steadies

  • 1550mm diameter swing over the gap (710mm gap)
  • 'C' Axis, which in conjunction with live tooling enables complex machining operations
  • Capto tooling system, which permits mounting of milling cutters, drills, 'U' drills and taps etc
