AIE provides the following CNC Machining Services to its clients throughout New Zealand and also internationally from its base in the Bay Of Plenty
Our CNC milling and lathe capacity gives AIE the ability to accurately machine complicated 3-dimensional shapes more cost effectively than on conventional machines.

- Okuma Double Column Machining Centre with:
- 3,050mm between columns
- 6,300mm table length
- 2,100mm from table to spindle
- 2 spindle swivel head for one set-up 5 face machining
- Highly rigid ram-type swivel head for accuracy and high metal removal rates
- Double Column construction for rock solid rigidity and extra accuracy
- Kiheung KNC-U800 4-axis CNC machining centre with:
- 3,500kg capacity on table
- 1,900mm longitudinal traverse
- 800mm cross traverse
- 1,050mm vertical traverse
- Okuma MB-66VB 3 Axis CNC machining centre with:
- 1,500kg weight capacity on table
- 1,500mm longitudinal traverse
- 660mm cross traverse
- 610mm vertical traverse
- Automatic tool setter
- Mega 58 CNC lathe with:
- 2 metres between centres
- 1,200kg maximum job weight
- 600mm diameter swing over bed
- 425mm diameter swing over saddle
