Question 2a Contactability: How easy is it to contact the required AIE representative?: [4] We have no problem contacting the required person, and they respond quickly when messages are left for them.
  [3] Generally we are able to contact the person required, but sometimes there are delays in them replying to messages.
  [2] We sometimes have difficulty getting hold of the right person when we need them.
  [1] Very difficult. The phones take too long to be answered, and messages are often not replied to.

Question 2b After hours support: Are you able to contact AIE after normal business hours?: [4] We have no problem getting hold of them for after hours support.
  [3] Normally we have no problem contacting them after hours, but now and then this takes longer than we would like for them to respond to our call.
