Tim Whalley

Workshop Operations Manager

Tim's main role is to plan the day-to-day running of jobs make sure they are completed on time and to the required specifications of our customers. Tim also facilitates the coordination between internal departments to ensure that the appropriate processes are followed. Jevon Priestley

Sales and Marketing Manager

Jevon oversees the sales and marketing initiatives of the company, and also the operations of large contract jobs. He also is involved in project management and providing engineering support to customers and other members of the AIE team. Paul Sommerville

Technical Services Manager

Paul leads the Technical Services Team comprising of Engineering Services, Design & Draughting Team and Project Managers. Paul ensures that the highest level of engineering expertise and design is provided to our customers and internal staff.

Jason Hughes

Engineering Manager

Jason leads the Engineering Team, manages larger projects with key customers, and maintains excellent relationships between AIE and those customers.  Contact Jason if you require project management or heavy engineering services.

Catherine Lucky

Production Planner

Catherine's main role is to maintain an up-to-date project plan of the expected utilization of our main machine tools. This keeps a balanced work flow throughout the workshop. Catherine also assists Tim Whalley, the Workshop Operations Manager, by logging incoming jobs into AIE’s resource planning software program.

Greg Smith

Business Improvement Manager

Greg is responsible for introducing and maintaining effective systems and processes to drive sustainable business improvement. Greg also oversees the overall documentation, operation and review of AIE's quality management system. He conducts regular audits of the quality system to ensure that AIE complies with ISO 9001:2008. Greg supervises the quality assurance process to guarantee that all jobs will meet customer's expectations and that jobs are completed on time and within specifications.

Management Accountant

Ian is responsible for the overall finance operations of the company including the accounting & job costing system, and the administration systems.

Stephen Hayes

General Manager

Stephen leads the entire AIE team. His main role is to develop the strategic direction of the company and pass on this vision to staff and business partners. He also liaises with major customers, and makes sure we have the right resources and processes to deliver quality products and services to our target customers, on time, to the required specifications, and at good value.
Stephen is also involved in Human Resources management and will be your first point of contact for any recruitment queries that you may have.
